Your medals aren't lost, they are just not listed for now : I don't see why we should jump on your case when we have players who can't play at all.
I know I'm using same words but I don't see any disrespect or lack of curtesy here... Please be patient

sorry bl have been unhappy about name issue for a LONG time and it is just getting worse.
i dont wanna fall out with ya, but you gotta understand i and many others are frustrated... also you should not belittle others problems/issues and say they are not as important as other peoples because they are personal to them and should be respected... shirl

Your case is the same than the ones who have been renamed manually before the switch, it's just that you have such issue since a longer time and now have datas on 2 rows about tournaments points (not multiple accounts but duplicated points lists).
Post there anyway http://www.onlinepoker66.com/forum/f...ad-here-20925/ and explain your case please : It needs a manual handling which will be done soon.

As I said yet in the thread : I'm setting up all past toplists and adding new ones so yes we will have in a few hours 3 toplists per tournament as before (points,medals,avg)

All time toplist could be complex because we haven't full history of renames, last renames through our automatic system on new registration form is the only archived one in fact...
