Help My Chat Isnt Working

Ok I asked to have my chat turned on and it says it was. But no one can see what I am typing. Someone help me so I can get my chat working: help:

if you're playing in low buy-in tables most of the players in there dont have their chats activated, so they cant respond to what you're saying. my advice is to go a higher buy-in table (you dont have to play in it if you don't want to) and just ask if they can see your chat. hope that helps

Same here, I asked about 4 times for the chat to be activated but no luck.

I tried 'high' tables as well but no luck there either.
