it will depend if you are using flash lobby (no download) or downloaded software as lobby structure is a bit different (for now).
In flash lobby you can access our free tournaments through "tournaments"=>"play money", in dowload version it's under "fun tournaments" tab then "tournaments" as Pam stated

Server time is EST (New York time)

By the way for info : You have 4 $25 freerolls per day and 4 ultra outlaw satellite qualifiers too (listed on free side for those ones), plus $5 freerolls with 40 seats only (each 2 hours, must be fast to register, those are listed under tournaments/regular).

I am sorry but was slightly confused on the clock issue (left hand corner) the tournament start under the cashier is adjusted to UK time for all those UK players, am first timer for this site so used to full tilt where all times are USA times.

The time should be EST by default if you haven't modified it, are you using flash lobby or download version?

If you are using the download software the outlaws ultra (free qualifier) is under "fun tournament" tab. one starts in 15 min from now.

If you are lookin for the actual outlaws tourny (real money buy-in)then its under "tournaments and then the regular tab.

If you are not using the download software i advise you to get it, if possible. I know not that's not the case for all.
