Use the search button, Search threads containing "avatar". You will find the link.

Once you use the link that they showed you it will give you a picture, as long as you have 20 posts you can use the pic and talk in the games.

You can also up load pics from your own computer just press upload on your player page and browse in your own harddrive. Good luck
