losing chips for nothing

hi i was playing a mini tourney today and i won 35000 in chips or so i thought but when i checked my balance later i was actually missing about 10000 points or chips. did anyone else have this problem if so please reply and we will try to get it fixed, thank u for ur time

If you have over 500k in your bankroll, you get a 5% daily deduction.

I know about the 5% daily deduction, but several times in 1 day I have won games and the payment does not add up when I look at my total. And, it does not come out to 5%, but i have never mentioned it because it's free.

hi !! i was at about 81000 chips before playing a tourney that i won... so i was credited 3500 chips, but when i logged again to my acount, i find out that i had only 3500 total chips instead of 81000 + 3500 = 84000. Is there some way to fix this. Moreover during the tourney, the server was very slow. Help please !!

U WAS ON A 10K LIMIT TABLE AND HAD 81K

Hi i was playing 10k mrsbass super fast and i was in 2nd place with the most chips then it just came up you have finished in second plce for no reason at all plz can i get my chips back thats not on thanks kingy970
