Lost Chips!!! Help/refund

I just played in a tourny (10K Double Stack) and around 10:20 EST I started to have connection problems. I thought it was a bug so I hit F5 and it worked for a hand or two and then it would disconnect from server. When I got booted, there were 4 of us left and i ended up getting eliminated because i sat out too many hands. I really want a refund or something because I didnt even get a chance to complete the tourny. ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE..THANKS
