There are also players that think everyone should play by one standard. And if you play different Your a bad player. Everyone plays the game different as u all know i do. I take a lot of risks but thats just me. And i will not change the way i play for anyone.But i will also not be abused by anyone thats been here 5 Minutes. And to be questioned by someone that is there friend. And also told the same that i make calls i shouldnt. I thought it was your choice how u play.

I started this thread over something I read by J Brown last week. my opinion is everyone's points/posts/opinions are as valid as the next persons, wether they been here 2 minutes or from day one, this is a forum for discussion and debate so as long as everyone stays within T.O.S then whats the problem ??

so to keep it a friendly forum we try and keep personal attacks on other players off the forum because there's no need for them

what the forum needs is good healthy debate where everyone can have there say, everyones opinion will vary as it should, the problem often is a really good debate on a thread after a while turns into personal attacks, then i'm afraid we are forced, often reluctently to close or delete before it gets to far out of hand

then the original points/opinions of the threads are lost

Loveschips, Reaps, Sally and TBH, I agree 100% with what you have all said. And Kev you are quite right in saying when treads turn into personal attacks it leaves you mods no option but to close them.

What I don't understand is why some threads which start good debates, without any personal attacks creeping into them, also get closed. I have no doubt that whoever closes them has their reasons. But it would be courteous if they were to explain what that reason was in the final closing post.

As for people jumping on the bandwagon chuckster, they are posting their opinion on the subject. Thats what the forum is for. Exactly what you have done here. So why the shame shame shame remarks?

ok my two pennys worth. the fact people play so bad is its free. the original site people played like it was for real which is why it was so fun. now no one gives a monkeys. people i know that can play and have skill call with nothing with the words *it was suited*. if people played every raise like it was $ or £ the standard would rise. but that wont happen

Is it before the original script change - roughly around August of 2008?

Was it the first 100 members?

Does anyone have a list of the first 100?

I don't consider myself an original since I came on somewhere in the middle beginning of the 2nd script. I think it was the 2nd one.
