New free chips refunds thread : Ask here!

Hi,

if you have suffered a technical bug triggering the loss of free chips you are on the right thread to ask for a refund.
Please understand it needs time to make those manual refunds so if you have millions and lost 2000 chips try to free moderation team time for players who've lost a lot

If you miss your chips from old script post there and not here : Missing free chips? : Read & ask here!

If you were having millions and miss chips be sure you've read the legend points thread too there and understand it : Chips balance & Legend Points : read here!

When asking a refund give the more info you can including at least the amount lost, how, where and when.

No chip convertor is no longer with us, as we have unlimited 1k rebuys. You can use them in outlaws or donate them to STL group if you like

I lost 2 mill but im 99% sure i dint bet them at the table it was when i was using dowload at home and flash at work it used to show as available but doesnt any more? If it isnt that then im going to blame the ex being eveil.

Are you saying they just disappeared? can you give us a date/time they went missing?

Basicly yes, I didnt bet them but have a sneaky suspicsion that the ex may have just dumped them, but thought it might be worth checkng it wasnt a system fault as i was using both download and flash version. Not sure when it was to be precise but if its a lot of hassle dont worry to much ill just start again

Hi Meado, LP were only applied to accts with large chip amounts, if you were given 5million in chips and no legend points your bankroll was 5 mill or under.

Hi, Just joined here and noticed you guys have lost some chips but can get them back, not bad I say. Just lost 226 million chips on party poker because they decided to chNGE their policy. So now regarless of how many chips you acumulate above 250,000 it will reset itself back to 250K as soon as you log back in. What a JOKE! Oh well the lost me. Any how good luck all.
