hi lava i lost 179.995 chips on casa blanca hand #171840621...the chat and hand history on this hand was wrong...it said outlaw had a fullhouse he did not...I should have won with flush..reported this to 24/7 to no avail...please refund this is a bug and has happened to others as well...ty

about 20 hours ago i lost 90 million while trying to convert 100 million into legend points, i only got 2 legend points from that conversion, can i get the chips lost refunded or converted into lp's. thanks

hi id like a refund for the 40.000 i lost joining 2minimammoths
as all the way through i was timed out and couldnt get in to play 1single hand until my chips dwindled away on blinds then was booted.
seen as i never got to play i feel i shud be refunded, i know its not much but i not bin here that long and not ad chance to build my bankroll.

If you can't get cash refunded due to disconnections and loss of controls, seems little hope for chips. If chips are refunded in cases like these, it does not reflect the reality of cash play.

Having explained the problem to 24/7, sadly they stated they could see no technical faults.Wow, I must have wanted to lose connection and throw away my dollar!
I asked for a gesture of goodwill and was ignored, becareful how much you bet, you may be disconnected and never get the chance to play and no refund!
