News after the reboot, choose new tables!

Hi,

I have now a new kind of big tourney available : The satellite one!
For the one who don't know the system, such tourney prizes are only enter tickets to bigger tourney.
For example we could make a 1k satellite tourney to the 300k one, top10 in satellite winning a ticket.
I won't do that today but if you think such tourney could be used, feel free to give ideas here!

I have free ram to add about 5-6 tables too now, we need at least 3 tables for newbies as their tables are full too often nowadays, if you have fun ideas to avoid me adding only copied tables for them, give your point here!

I will add a table for average players and one or two tables for high limit players too.

Give ideas here!

I fear the moderation team would be a bit busy setting up all birthday tables for more than 20.000 players

Post a tourney name in the thread about big tourneys names, I can use it for your birthday.

I think, rather than a pile of 1k tourneys, maybe add a 2.5k, 5k, and 10k. Comfort Tables for newbies wanting to move up, but not risk all.

I'll need to add things for newcomers, we have more than 1000 new players registration per day, if they can't sit instantly on table they will often just go away... I was pointing total newbies in fact
"Learning" & "Newbies" stuff need more fun than just a new copy of actual tables or tourneys but I don't know what would be the best choice for newcomers.

I know when I first started playing you didn't have the 200 buy-in so I went to the 500 and now I noticed that it is gone. I would bring it back with the same blinds at least blinds big enough they actually feel they have won something.

Right, I could add an intermediary table between "learning" and "newbies".
what about mini-tourneys? They have 2 400 buyin ones only for now (afterward there is a bunch of 1k which are available for them too, but it's not really a top idea for bankroll management).

That would be great, I know the 1000 part kept me away until I got 20k in chips. That would be a good beginner tourney table

I am about 30 miles outside of Springfield now, and we didn't get it as bad as the Ark-Mo boarder where my house is at. I am fine and so far so is my family..Thanks

could i rent a table i wish there was a table that only a team or a group was allowed to use after getting permission so that i can get me and 9 others on a table that we could occupy for a couple of hours.
also what about a place where members can chat without having to join a room and interupt a game??????????? that would be nice lava

oh and 1 more thing, i would gladly pay op66 a monthly fee so that op66 could get more space. if op66 had some revenue and could pay for more space then maybe the site wouldnt crash. i would gladly pay a couple of amer dollars.

Get back to me through PM at least 30 min before tourney if you can't afford the buyin and want finally the free ticket.
By the way, you're talking about big 300k tourney, right? You've posted in wrong thread or have I miss something?

There will be no private table due to server issues sorry.
But there is a thread going about invitationnal table, take a look there

The monthly fee could be an answer and it has allready been discussed in antoher thread. We'll make a tshirt soon and there's a surprise coming today too but shhhtttt it's a secret!

maybe you could give the newbies a mini tourney which is free to enter if they have less than 5k,& just give a money prize of say 2.5k to the winner only.that would raise there skill level & would probably stop people going in allin every time.i would also like to see another turbo tourney i think the jump from 40k to 200k is to steep,so would like to see maybe an 80k.

sorry, as I said somewhere else the script isn't done to handle heads up tourney... I wasn't aware of that an tried but those tables crashed each 2 days.
For now we won't be able to play heads up! sorry again!
