honestly I don't like this idea , chips should be earned on the tables not by posting and PM'ing on the forum.
this might just promote spamming.

I've setup the exchange rate low enough to make it a good starting bonus much more than a way to hit the toplist, but you are right we'll keep an eye on spam through the next days
