Play money refunds (beta test) : post here!

Hi,

As we have now an easier acces to transactions logs for play money tables, that should allow us to offer refunds but it would be a too big work to handle all queries so please read below...

Important points :
1) You will be refunded only if you have lost an amount higher than 10% of your total bankroll OR superior than 500.000 free chips.
2) It's a test, please understand there is no guaranty we will keep that system open.
Please read : REAL money refunds will be issued no matter the case and even if you have lost only 10 cents, we are talking about free chips refunds here!

Post here with the more information you can offer : Table name, tournament name, exact server time, amount lost, description of the bug or issue, anything...
The more info you give the faster we can help you!

Allow a delay and don't post messages like "REFUND MY CHIPS NOW"... We will manually handle each query and we are humans : Bugs are annoying but it's not a reason to focus your anger on the moderation team.

Guess that will have to do, know you have a lot on your plate, but doesn/'t seem fair since we work hard to build up our bankroll, even if it is play money. I for one play just as carefully as if it was real money and this is how we learn and maybe one day go to the real side.

Also, tried to sign up for $5 free, thought I might like to play real tables, waited on line for 2o min. only to be told I had to send an email to them to verify my address and then get back to them. Did that, sent email, called back waited again for over 15 min to be told that someone would call me at home to verify that is was me I guess and it would be another 20 min.? Not a good way to get people on the real money tables. A little bit frustrating. Thanks for listening

Please focus on queries about play money refunds here, if you have questions about $5 offered create a thread or reply to actual ones in real money zone.
We need a clear thread here where old refund queries will be deleted : I will delete your posts soon.

You can offcourse create a thread about refund in "our free online poker" if you want to discuss that point too.

Just to clarify please Blacklava.

If you lose and amount that is 'less' than 10% of your bankroll it will not be refunded? Is that correct.

For example let's say you entered a tourney and it cost $0.50 + $0.10 fee, then for some technical reason you couldn't finish the game. To get the $0.60 refunded you bankroll would have to be more than $6.00. Is that correct?

lava i emailed u a while ago about my loss when the system froze nd wouldnt let me bet or call. u replyed 2 my email but said nothing about this 2 me.. do i now get a refund or is it 2 late

We can't refund old stories, would be a too huge load of work as everything need to be manually checked.
As no one asked yet, if you have lost (Beerad and Dude4eva) more than 50% of your bankroll and your stories happened less than 10 days ago I will check anyway... Let me know.

i dont know if i'm i'm on the same subject as you guys but i havn't played for a while and my balance is showing 76,000 credits yet i cant get on any tables above 2000(chips i won today) would it be possible for someone to have a go at sorting the problem please??

The 76k credits that you see are forum credit, not chips.

You can convert the forum credits into chip through the credit converter.

You cant play on more then 2k buy in you just have 2k .

hi, I used the chips converter to trade 20k (2 times 10k) Forum Credits for play chips. My forum credits were subtracted but no play chips were added...
This happened about 4 days ago but i could see my play chips credts until today...
Does chips converter really works? Can i recover the 20k forum credits i spent? should i try again?
Please someone help... I reaaly low on play chips.

new update... I just tried again (this time with just 1k FC) and it worked.
The problem must have been related to the site download, because when i tried the converter i didn't knew that the site was down...
Can I recouver the FC i lost?
