Questions about the Online Poker Room...

I've got a few questions about the actual poker script cause im just curious and couldn't find any documentation on this:

I take it Black Lava owns the site,
Did he make the script or Did he buy it?
i've been reading about how if he wanted to make special tourney pas word protected and so on... so he's editing it...

But does he do Updates?

I've bought a basic script and have the right to modify a part of it.

So you dont fully own it?
Cause you say you can only edit part of it and not the any part

The poker script is under licenced use... I can't modify the tables myself for example but have the right to change the graphics there or fix bugs. It's a kind of opened deal as the script is far away from beeing perfect.
Outside tables I have full control over html lobby.

So do you have to pay the owner of the script, certain at certain intervals to use the script - keep the license?
