Default Ring Table Experience

Well,
Just spent 4 hours on a 'freechip' ring table 15,000/30,000 blinds.
It was great, not a single rash player, everyone chatting and polite...not what I was expecting at all.
No forum regulars though.
I shall return.

I was on one of the 15k/30k practice ring tables as well last night for a while. Twas fab - lots of chat, all friendly and good fun, sensible play... was enough to convince me that it is still worth playing here

Oh that, and I x5'd my buyin muahahaaa

Im quite fond of the 2.5- 5k tables. A simple raise wins you the pot
On a seriouse note though, I'd love to play the 15-30k tables more often, but I havnt quite got the stack yet (having foolishly lost all my chips after a night out :s )

i like the N/L 50/100 one on one tables it is like real play.

no can bet 30,000 dollars to see a flop in real life so why do it for practice, what r u practicing for to go broke????

30,000 practice chips doesn't make a dent in my practice chips collection so no i am not practicing to go broke ner ner ner & neither are the majority that play on those tables...

whether bb is 30k or 10 practice chips it really doesnt matter, i'll play wherever I am going to enjoy the game the most
30k chips doesn't have to be considered as equivalent to 30k dollars!

i play a little RM but i never even pay 100 dollars to see a flop either!

The ring tables here are great. Full of action and plenty of good players out there.
They do take tournament players out of their comfort zone though,
that may be why a lot of people don't play them..
