Site freeze

Is there any particular reason why the site freezes so much?

Is it to do with how many peeps are on the site at once or is it my network provider,

The freezes come from cpu usage due to database queries (toplist update and other stuff which aren't coded in the best possible way). I'm working on that to avoid those glitch.

The volume of players and network provider aren't a problem, it should be able to handle more than 1500 simultaneous players and 2 times more tables.
