Like I said Kez it was my pleasure...I was glad to help ya out..I love The Titans...and I enjoy it to the fullest...
Last night game was unreal, uncalled for, and a disrespect...To the Titans Tourney...to me and Pappy and to the people that were there for good time and had no clue as to what was goin' on...however, it's not just one of yalls fault...cause there was a lot goin' on...'cept on my table...we had a good game until we got moved.
A poll is goin' to be set up..hopefully by Tel...and we will see how it goes.

as I said in my 1st post, if someone wants to carry on playing titans they are free to do so.
anyone can set up a tourney & invite whoever they like

i personally dont think its worth the aggro it causes.
As wiz stated, this is not the first time this type of thing has happened in this tourney.

I just think for the good of the site it shouldn't be played again. But of course that is only my opinion

And Pappy...I deeply respect your opinion...and thank you for steppin' up to the plate and puttin' in all your efforts to get the mens team up.

I'm sorry to all the innocent players, that just didn't have a clue to all that was goin' on....and it wasn't just ones doings...it was several things goin' on...But...A new day has come...the sun is out...(at my house anyways ) and it's water under the bridge now...I hope we all can move past this. There is a poll goin' on...and would love to see everyone that participates in the titans to vote...one way or the other...

I just wanted to comment back on this Fred...The Titans is a very different tourney...and when I'm the capt. my winnin' Goddess does receive a medal...although I'm not in Pete and Starry's leauge... and one time, one of my goddess actually received a real "Goddess necklaces" via mail... That was Zanegrey...and was sent by anonymous person.
I do agree with ya on this...Holdem was not intended to played as teams...But for the most part, it sure is fun tryin'...And there are several different tourneys...where we do play in teams...
I think IMO...the problem with The Titans is we are tryin' to make the teams to big...Cause the other tourney's that are played in teams, are smaller and they don't seem to have the issues that The Titans has. just my opinion..

That is the main reason, amongst others, that i haven't played the last few, even after being asked by various captains.
Im gonna make a comment now that will more than likely cause a ruckus, but hey, who cares..... how about an invite only titans for the players 'THAT KNOW HOW TO TEAM PLAY??????????'.

The difference would be for smaller teams...we are would not be seekin' out everyone that would play...The Capt's. would be more selective to whom they invite..instead of gettin' every Tom, Dick, and Harry to play to just have a big team....Point on Crinks...Titans is a invite tourney...not a free for all to join. I tried hard last month, "July" to build the team with Original ladies...Had Pam66, Backdoorbetty and few others that rarely play...And what a wonderful thought that is to have ladies and men that have been here and know the game...Above all know how to play as a team! I've tried includin' newer ppl. in hopes that I could help 'em understand concept...but apparently that hasn't worked out to well...
I told Kez...I would do all the foot work for her this time, if she would stay in as capt. The only thing she would have to do is name who she wanted on her team...I don't believe in postin' a thread and lettin' everyone just add their name to a thread....we have set tourneys everyday for that! The honor of bein' capt. is bein' able to choose your teammates..IMO..But with so many not wantin' to play for one reason or another...it does force the Capt's. to seek out whomever that will play. It shouldn't be like that...
