Toplist update failed

I wonder how often the toplists are updated, I should have my name in Chips Toplist and in the Weekly Toplist I should be in a better position. It's been a couple days I'm waiting to see my name in the toplists, my name may not be showing soon anymore, because of the 5% daily deduction, so any explanation would be great.

Well depends how many chips you had. I mean the lowest player on the chips toplist has 11m chips. (66 magno 11,172,912 )

Also if your a new member then try checking the newcomers toplist right below the main one. Hope I helped mate

I have over 12m right now, and already had a couple days deduction, had a bit more than that, also I'm not a new member, tks anyway for your help poker4lyfe.

that's my actual balance, Weekly toplist showing 8,438,960, this is like from a couple days ago, and Chips Toplist never seen my name...
