Tournaments for oct

An email was sent to Tournament manager end of last week regarding our free side tournaments..as yet we have not had a reply as to why they were not loaded exactly as they were last month with no problems...sorry but until we have a reply, there is nothing more we can do.

i do not understand why the tourney manager has to be reminded what to do concerning his job,once a month he should have it sorted by now,but thanks to you aus and tex for what you do,but i think we need to take this to the highest level and get this sorted out once and forever.

Yea good idea Yeo but I wouldn't be holding my breath, as Aus said there's still no reply to the email sent a few days ago. Not sure about anyone else but if I performed that poorly in my job I would be fired !

Really think that the free side is just a way to get players on board, hoping that they would play the cash side too. Only reason it exists, a form of marketing, you could say. We do not add to their cash bottom line but rather cost them probably more time then we are worth. They will get to us just when they are ready and not a minute before.

I know many players here who play both. I've spent alot of my own cash here over the years.

Yea I agree Rad, but almost every month? c'mon there's no excuse for that, it's just bad management whatever way you look at it.

Maybe they are punishing us for noy playing outlaws enough... but the fact that outlaws aren't up either means it's more than just trying to get our money.

Tournaments should start appearing over the coming hours, you may notice changes in times but as the time zones change over the month it will level out to the one hour difference that we have each 6 months of the year.
