weekend tourney's

ok, i admit i was the one who did the poll to get the invite moved from 11pm uk(5pm server) to 9pm uk(4pm server) as it was alot more convienient for most, and the results of the poll most agreed

however,for those who love there FREE poker at the weekends (fri and sar night) there seems to be a quiet period.

we have

crown 7pm uk (2pm server)
invite9pm uk (5pm server) booked by SLT fri night
outlaws ultra 10pm uk (5pm server)
outlaws 11pm (6pm server) but only real money players can play

next is

1am uk (8pm server)

so theres a free 3 hr slot for free players, and at the weekend is a long time

so i propose we get another FREE tourney in there, maybe 11pm uk(6pm server) to keep us going between ultra outlaws and NY times at 1am uk( 8pm server)

I agree there is a big slot open, especially for a weekend. Its too bad the sngs dont fill at this gap though.

Kev, the STL tourney doesn't take up the Invite slot, it just runs at the same time. Admittedly it also takes most players who may have played that game.

I'm all for more tourneys. If there was a table available, I would play it. If there was a choice, it might be an idea to make it non-invite, I don't know if that's even possible though.

How about a newbies/oldies tourney. Free to those who are under 3 months and 2000 for those with over 3 months. Might give newbies another avenue to gain chips without playing rings. Might not be possible?? don't know

M_80's idea sounds good, but it also sounds like and invite to more bingo players.

Another non-invite OP66 tourney does sound like a good idea though. I've been stuck at home for a week now, and bouncing off the walls in between tourneys.
