how long does it take the moderators too get back too your queries??????? i think if you post in the wrong section they ignore it!that happened to the last querie i had and now iv come back from my hols and finding that the 5% still applies even if you request the vacation mode and after posting a querie 7 hrs ago still no response!!! dont know why i bother!!!

They are usually very, very, good.
You might not know but there is a new “5% loss : New vacancy mode, ask here!” thread.
That is where you should post your request.

Hi all,

due to the queries I've created a vacancy mode for players going away for x weeks : You can now ask to be moved to vacancy group and avoid the 5% loss up to 4 weeks per year (minimum query 1 week).

How to? Just ask here when you are moving and include the duration (minimum one week, max 4 weeks, you can ask 2 times for 2 weeks for example), when you'll back then come back here and ask again to be activated as normal player!

You can still play when you are on vacancy mode but only a fair low amount of time (no trick please!) and you won't be listed on toplists until you are back.
