Because they call your flopped flush with low pair and hot FH on river
or beat your flopped 3 of a kind with a straight on river. or they beat AA with the hammer, or they beat a flopped straight 8-Q on river with runner runner, and win 90%

example:bb and I were on table and a guy who joined with 10 K and went all in pre flop 41/43 hands, left 70k richer
