y am i banned????

I was playing today, had a nice healthy chip count, when i went outside for a cigarette when i got tied up in conversation with a neighbour, about an hour later i realised that id forgotten that i hadnt shut down my game. went in and found out that iv jus been banned from all tables!!!! Y? Y? YYYYYY? Someone please help
