Help please!

All my play money has disappeared. Had about 160,000 when I came in second in a tourney (the one that started at 5pm).I'm not sure what I earned with that. I didn't play elsewhere to lose it (although I was frozen out of a free roll).
I really would appreciate your help! Has this ever happened to anyone else? Have I been banned, or something?

The problem is that the table is frozen and won't give me my money.I haven't beejn online for some 17 hours.

Ok can you contact 24/7 support with the table name and ask them to release your chips...see what they can do.

I rebooted and it's gone. Interestingly the Jaws table still pops up when I enter the lobby. Makes the 50K I lost on the sitngo when the system locked up (that I reported the other da) even harder to take. Oh well...I guess no 1 mill guarantee tourney today.

had someone else with problem at same table last night "jaws" not being able nto get back on and locked up (tried myself to get on but couldn't) sent a PM to blacklava to get the tech's to check it

HELP!!!! i can not get into the lobby at all ive tried down loadin new versions of java ect emptied my cookin and still lobby is just white is anyone else havin problems

ok my laptop wont load any tables..
its fine until i get to actually go in..and then the whole thing closes down to desktop!! just goes off completely..HELPPPP MEEEEEE! its all java'd and and adobe'd to lava's specs and duznt do this with anything else...anyone had this happen or is it just my crap acer??????

help please. for the 2nd time now i entered a 5k tourny and it just took my 5k again aand wont let me play....aaarrggh so frustrating. just cause i lost connection for 10 sec. why cant this be sorted this happens to everyone. come on

Hi.

Can you help with a problem I, for some reason on another have 2x accounts running and would like to delete 1..

The account I am using and the one I have all my chips on is War_n_tea, this is the account which I would like to keep and use, but the problem being is that the forum does not recognise the user name,
I can log in at the home page ok but the only way to get onto the forum is by using the account War_n_tea_2 , can you delete this account and register my War_n_tea account in the forum, the chatter box on the home page does not work with account either.

Hope this all makes sense, I just want to keep 'War_n_tea'

their is a bug on the reset chips to 1000 as i tried to refresh them but an error page kept coming up hope its sorted out soon
