hi i registered for the hetmans today and payed my 2000 chips but after the maintanance was done on the site i have not been able to access the hetmans page, i know you used to refund chips but do you now? i would be appreciated. thanks

Since the latest update / maintenance I am getting two windows opening for eact tournament I am in. This is using more CPU capacity and the stats page is not even correct. It is very confusing when you are in 2 tournies !

I can't get onto the tables. This computer is only used for OLP66 and I have no trojans and deleted,rebooted,etc.

2 night i lost 2 2 pair when i had full house this is not 1st thime i ve lost a big pot due 2 this problem lost 2 2 pair when i had a str8 its always 2 chip leader lost abwt a mill 2 this glitch its startin 2 pee me off i simpervise when it happens 2 play i play will it b fixed ps will we everget r avitars bk or is time 2 leavedo tell ty

3rd day now i cant get onto tourneys. Registers, it takes my chips and then it won't re-direct me to the tables..... I've updated java, abode, deleted cookies everything and still nothing. Comp is vista and 6 months old so shouldnt be a problem with that.. Any suggestions?????

If your browser is IE maybe try Firefox (or the reverse): Have you unblocked cookies?

I am having the same issue that mandi is describing. I have been playing tournaments for several months and have not had a problem until 4-5 days ago. I see the stat page when the turny starts but never switch to the table view and the game view button does nothing. I can only sit there and watch my chipstack shrink with every blind. I am using IE but have cookies allowed for OP66 site.

P.S. I have no problems on regular tables.

what your going to have to do is this

1) once the tournament starts close everything down
2) hold ctrl until all 3 pages load (the poker table, the lobby and the info screen)

that should work

EDIT: the page wont happen regardless of if its a trusted site/pop up blocker on/off for some reason, so when you hold ctrl it somewhat over rides anything thats blocking it and all pages will open

an easier way is to wait until the 1 minute before the tournament and hold ctrl until the table opens (start holding 10 secs before start)

i have had to re-store my pc twice in 2days to be able to get onto the tables !!!!!!!!
ive deleted cookies, cache thingys etc, checked pop-up status, you name it ive done it!!!!!!

any ideas any1 cos its driving me nuts and ive had enough now.
forum is only ok for a few mins..not all night and im seriously thinking of going elsewhere now.
