I need some help!!!! For the last 3 days I have been trying to get onto the site. For some reason the only part of the site I am able to get to is the forum. I cannot get to 24/7 and I cannot get to log-in from the main page. I have absolutely no idea what to do. I did read the thread by ToweringTexan on the temp files, cookies, cache and pop-up blockers. I did everything the thread said to do... Please help...I miss my friends and i really would like to play

do you get some error messages? which version of flash (tables) and java (chat) are you using?
It usually is temporary files problem following some update (try to reclear it)

hello. just converted some forum points. dont get the rat thing. do i get penalised 100 points an hour every hour until i have zero? preferred the loyalty chips at 20% per day and everyone over £1,000,000 getting penalised. still the top free poker site though!

Tried all that...am using java 6 update 11 and Adobe Flash Player Active X Control 10,0,12,36 Haven't seen any error messages...Cannot log into anything except forum on home page.....HELP!!!!!!! I really want to play on this site...The last time i was able to log onto tables i had to go thru 24/7...(can't even do that now). They changed my e-mail address (which i had put in a change on the site..but they had my old one and they changed my password....after logging out that time I have not been able to get past home page except thru the forum. My e-mail is a secondary e-mail on this account. I used my roommate's e-mail address when I first registered on this site, before I had my own e-mail address. Would changing it from the primary e-mail address on this computer to the secondary e-mail address have anything to do with the problems I am encountering? If so, how do I contact 24/7 when I cannot even log-in to them even?

Well, I kind of fixed the problem... I decided to type in the url for the log-in and it worked for me. I am now logged in ....but...don't think I should have to come into the site that way...Isn't that what the home page is for? Anyway, if anyone can explain why I can't just log in like everyone else I would sure like to know

Home page... Are you speaking about the sites home page or do you have it saved as your home page? If you have it saved, delete it. Type in the url then re save.

The sites home page....And I still can't get past the home page (site) to get to the tables. I also still can't get to 24/7....this is so aggravating... It will get me to the page where the main chat is and that is all. HMAN I have done all that also...

What happens next? Nothing or does a page try to start? Check you pop up blocker be sure it is off.
Is there even a spot on your page to click the tables?

Hello

I have posted about my deducted points on various other threads over the past few weeks and they still ain't been fixed!

My brit crown points have been deducted 18 points!!! (45 down to 27). I'd say this happened like 17 days ago now. Any ideas as to why this happened? Or even better who I can contact to get my points fixed?

When I tried to log in to the poker tables it took me right back to the main page (site). Tonight I couldn't even get past the site's main page. I have no clue what is happening. I have my pop-up blockers set to allow this site. I have emptied the cookies and temp files several times and done everything I have read to do...I have the right java ...etc. Now what? any more suggestions? I have tried these things several different times..:he lp:

Please confirm you have tried all of that :
- http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ try firefox
- try Internet explorer
- try google chrome : http://www.google.com/chrome

Then try to log from another place than yours (internet cafe, friend house) and tell us if it's working or not. It could be a problem between your ISP and our server (has happened to someone before).
