I have since picked up a bronze in a Brit Crown tourney and my 14 points for that have been added to my personal stats ok as i'm currently on 41 points under the BC tourney yet I am still 18 points down from weeks ago when i gained these 18 points over a Mon-Wed in the BC tourney many weeks ago.

It's the fact the points were there to begin with then suddenly those 18 points were taken away for NO reason!!!

I am having problems logging on. Says internal server error. I can get on outlaws city and forums. Can't log on to play poker at all. Is it you that is having the problem or me? Never had a problem before.

Yeah it was discussed and nothing done about it.


in that thread i posted:

"My medals are correct but i have lost 18 points (45 to 27) in the Brit Crown for some reason and now i'm out the toplist for this. Opted not to play the Brit Crown past 2 days since points were deducted. NY Times poinrs are fine tho.

Any ideas as to why this happened and if it will be fixed soon?

Auggie, if you are asking about resetting your bankroll because you are broke, you can do that from your profile page (Top menu bar - USER CP). If you are asking about rebuys/add-ons during free tourneys, I do not believe that is an option.

I think you click on the free money icon in the bottom left corner and it will replenish your free play money. I had to do it a few days ago, didn't know how, and accidently found it.
