I have recently moved house and i am having trouble logging onto the tables. My user name is "azbec". By moving house does that mean my IP address is different and I have to re-register?

ERROR: Invalid User Session Id

hey all,

when i try to log on to the poker lobby (pressing the conveniently titled 'play poker' button) the loading page goes up to stage 3 out of 3 at 100%...but does not then go onto the tables lobby.

The things i have tried;

1- held CTRL and ALT whilst loading

2- logged out and back in to retry (at least 5 times)

3- deleted temps and cookies (twice i think)

4- allowed pop-ups from this site

5- added/opened a port through control panel and the exceptions tab, port 8891 i think it was

6- punched the monitor (17 times)

ok ok, the latter of these was a joke, but i've tried a fair few things and it seems i'm going nowhere fast.

any help is much appreciated, ta.

I keep getting error code 400 when i try to log in to the site. I spoke with 247 and got the usual delete cookes temp files etc. Is there a new java i need to get? I know i updates it awhile ago but how do I find out which one i have 247 also said something about a number ten java.

chinchilla: Do you have enough disk space? have you modified the default settings? perhaps you chould check in your tasks manager to identify a memory consummer programm.

1. Clear cookies and temp files using disk clean, following link will tell you how or us a program like cc cleaner

2.defrag your PC

3.run both anti virus and anti spyware apps like adaware, spybot etc

uninstall any unused programs etc

This may help to free up some space

Right click 'my computer' > properties > advanced tab > Performance settings button > advanced tab > Virtual memory (near the bottom). To make things easier for you select System managed size > click set > then OK's all the way out again.

the last time the site worked for me was saturday. Im thinking the error could have something to do with the time change in the states but I dont know never got this error code 400 before and ive done every thing i could do and i still cant log in.

humm ok, I could only advise you to clean your cache and temp file there(sorry ). You could also try another browser to see if it changes something.

Loveschips, I always make the disclaimer that I am no computer expert, however, I have had this message on numerous occassions and not just for OP66. Usually, the problem is resolved for me simply by resetting my internet connection, or rebooting my computer. The advice that Elpoulpo gives is very helpful for many cases as well, and should be done on a regular basis (weekly, perhaps). Also, there was an update for FLASH PLAYER just a day or 2 ago that you will want to install. But I don't think that has anything to do with this specific case. Let us know if your problem persists.

It is working ok again now yahoooooooooooo loves is back. Not sure why it was doing it tried for hours and hours everything cleared cookies and the lot then tried about a half hour agao and boom no problem. Watch out for those chips loves is back.
