What is 'server time'? how do I find it out? and what relationship does it have to gmt? (+/-hours)

Server time is the time where the server is, the clock is located in the table lobby above the real money tab, and the server is 5hrs behind UK time.

When I log on to the site it says it can not load general chat box. I have a different name on the poker forum so I think that is why. How do I get them both the same please?

You can either change it if you want your the forum name changed from your profile page or a super moderator can chage it for the table. (so long as the name is not taken)

Can anyone help? I've not played for a while and am having problems getting onto the tables. I've set up a new account and transfered my chips ok and can log in just fine, however I can't get onto any tables. I just keep getting a message saying that a connection with the server couldn't be established. I've tried clicking the help button it gives and i've added the port it suggests but it's still not working. i've tried using both internet explorer and firefox and both have the same problems. Does anone have any suggestions?

try emptying temp files / browser history and also check for java / flash updates

then turn off wait 30 seconds to empty cache and try again
