Can you provide a bit more information and advise what troubleshooting steps you have taken ?

It sounds to me as though you may have not have the correct version of flash player installed

I am having problems changing my avator when u go into user cp it is saying unable to save image and aslo i carnt change my profile page it is coming up with the same message,could you please help me

I am trying to change my profile picture on my page. Everytime I try to upload it says invaild. I even tried to use some that I have used previously and still says same thing. Something isn't making any sense. Can someone give me any advice? I was having trouble uploading pics. in my album earlier, and Lava fixed that right away.

Hi i have been away for about 6-7 month and have just got back on and had to make a name and that, i managed to keep my old name (HULL_CITY) but i am finding it hard to transfere my play chips from the old site, every time i try i keep getting this message:

I have a problem loading the lobby. It won't connect to it!! It's been fine up to now, but I just get a green screen now (used 2 different browsers and neither work.) Help?

u use mac? i got that and at first clear cookies worked then it didnt.. duno i dont use mac aymore.

im using the flash version .getting booted alot lately by POP - UPS .tried everything to solve the problem .any suggestions or tips 2 solve this problem ? thx

hey Ausangel a small window appears saying message from webpage . the window has been blocked by pop up blocker please enable pop ups from this site and try again .

Ok two things you can try..

1. allow popups for the site

or

2. In lobby under options you can opt out of receiving site messages.

Or both of the above
