Just tried to play mini mammoth site folded me at least 10 times, changed my cards twice, went so fast could not see the cards let alone bet, had kk went to raise folded me again. WHEN THE HELL ARE THINGS GOING TO BE PUT RIGHT REPORTS ARE THAT MONEY TABLES ARE THE SAME IF I WAS IN MONEY GAME AND THAT HAPPENED WOULD BE WELL PISSED, LETS HAVE SOME ANSWERS WITH FACTUAL REPLIES

im missing my 3rd from wombats and my points from 2 tourneys.

Wonder if anyone can help? I logged onto Gamblers room this morning $1.10 and during the game went to bet but there was a long long pause and the machine folded me.

I then went to bet in the next hand and I was disconnected when I reconnected I had finished 4th.

I have emailed support and wait for their response, is there anything else I could have done?

This will put players off from gambling if they are constantly disconnected and lose their stake!

Hi sym..yes its best to contact support with the problem, they can check it out for you.

So far their response has been to say that it was my fault for being disconnected but it isn't their final answer as yet!

Ok the updates are being screwed up major this time. Not only are people not getting their medals and points such as me. Some people are getting credited with winning the Mammoth when they didnt even play in it and I mean on their stats not just at the top of page. As the grandslam has become a big thing to aspire to. Im scared to update my thread anymore because i dont know who really won or when its a site screwup. will anyones stats be right again this is very annoying and it could mess up our lifetime stats and medal counts for good, some arent getting medals theve earned yet others are getting medals for tourneys they havent played in (((

Yes there is a glitche Bob, its not the site side, I think its the forum side and will need to be looked at...usually when this happens all stats are updated manually so please dont stress too much for now I'll tell you when you can though
