You need to log in with your USERNAME [not your table name] and password.

I tried to access the g-mail support address and it won't let me....

When you try to log into the poker rooms it should give you a link to 24/7 support and they can access the account to tell you the poker room name, if there is not one, based on your join date, you will need to set that up again.
