Black Screen Disease

Help please, for 3 days i have been getting a black screen when i try to load a table. I get into the lobby choose a table for instance british crown, press the button and a black screen appears saying firstly game veiw and then the table/tourney i have selected. Screen stay black though and i am stuck. I have tried deleating cookies and temp files, deleating old files, defraging hard drive, logging in , logging out turning off , turning on asking for help in chat room, asking for help in 24/7. PLEASE i am desperate what do i do. i hear others have had the same problem......xx shirl xx

how long did u leave it shirl? mine duz that sometimes and then comes on after about 2/3 minutes....

go to tools top right corner go into internet options now delete temp internet files and delete cookies this worked 4 me.

if you have tried all suggestions in tech area,have you tried adware/spyware removal tools ??

in case you have picked up a trojan or something ??

I have now tried removing ad/spyware ( thanks kev) and i have also tried changing to firefox with no success , i fear that this site has now outgrown my computers capacity and i will no longer be able to play.... PLEASE can anyone help me as i am desperate now....as described i can get onto the list of tables/ tourneys/sit and gos but when i choose 1 it goes black with game veiw at the top and then the table/tourney i have chosen name at the top. the only problem is the screen is still black and i can not do anything.........this must have a reason and solution as i have played without problems up until now.....PPPPLLLLEEEEAAASSSEEE help............ .xxxx shirl xxxx

Yes, update your java as Bassmaster said, and also delete your cookies and obviously restart the computer.
