i get renew password everytime and cannot remember security question asked 24/7 but have to wait 5 minutes to be seen, so i posted a message this was over 1 hour ago no reply as of yet

Do we still have problems with avatars as she manage to change it to old one on poker tables but not on user cp

ok but i have a new problem, i had to uninstall poker66 and renew but now when i go to ring tables when it comes to refreshing i get a message saying poker has stopped working which closes the program, it also will not remember me when i log on also

Problem sorted, my daughter originally registered my account and knew the original password. What would i do without her?

cannot log in! gives me runtime error! cannot connect to server! software requires updating! what have you done to system and how can it be fixed?

i managed to get past the software req updating bit by allowing op66 to make changes to comp blabla... but then the security qn .. i dont remember even setting that? :S :/ ... and i cant seem to guess the right answer and 24/7 are busy-busy oh rly grrrrr i'll be back in another 2 or 3 weeks. :/

i was ok the security question was to set one ,and then a new password plus confirm worked for me

turn of active antivirus software and firewalls...download poker program then turn back on your antivirus and firewall...let me know how that goes please?
