can't login from main page?

I tried logging in from the main page but I kept getting the login.do in the address bar or a session ID but a blank screen.

Hi guy's i was onto support, great stuff the lady was.. i installed flash player v10.. waited 15 min, the nice lady advised 30min.. But ay i'm back on.. hope this can help
