| This thread i m opening not for moaning and spaming about abuse and rude players, im opening this thread because i wanna chat with other players from network, and i wanna if they write something to me, but with this "glass bell" rules i only can chat with op66 players on real money tables and tourneys, and i think that must be change. If any have problems with behevior of players they can made post in forum (even record chat if they want). All in all , just wanna say, Lava, yep, this thread is adressed to you, you cant abuse 90% of members because of 10% "closed" members. Hope that chat will be open on tables for all like it was on beta on begining, thx. |

| The reason why the chat filter is on is simple and focused on 2 main issues : 1) We can't apply our strict and fair rules to the whole network so turning off chat filter could lead to an hard time -as on past network- applying bans/mute on foreign players. 2) We have an english only website which isn't the case on the whole network, numerous players used to speak on tables in different languages : I let you immagine how complex moderation could be. Behind that we can't apply a different filter on real money side, which would be a choice (I mean authorizing foreign chat on real money). Could change on the long run but that's a fact for now. |

| Making friends is one thing... Having awfull time handling chat issues with players registering on other sites after a ban here is another story : Having chat off for foreign players mean too no info on other skins access (I know smart players will find other skins but at least it won't be directly written in chat by players). Beside that : Read my first reply here, even if chat filter is an opened discussion moderators point of vue will be number one concern |

1) OP66 Players still moaning about chat behevior! So i dont see any use of rules. 2) On a last network we had "english only website" and ppl still use other languages. So, if they want for example, use Italian language on tables they can, and i cant even know as they wrote something, thats little strange, i said and im stay on that, Lava you cant abuse some ppl because of few ppl. |

| I can't agree with you Joya : It's not because our rules aren't perfectly applied so far that we should jump into a setup where we will be sure to have troubles, I would even say that's a reason to keep filter and a sample how bad it could be if we drop it. But don't read me wrong : I'm for no filter as soon as we will be able to have a strong position in network and find a fair setup passing through a deep discussion with other skins. For now we are newbies here, not the right time. |

I was think thats YOUR decision to block chat of other poker rooms, and in that metter i understand. Damn (you see, for ex. that word is worst for me than mention human sex organ), but i must say, i wanna freedom on tables. |

| Lava I understand the chat ban after all the trouble we had with abuse on Pit. When we were able to talk to the other people on here I didnt see or hear any hassle was I just lucky? There is always going to be the problem with people wanting to speak their own language it happens on OP66 by OP66 players. I think it would be better to allow chat and then if it is a problem shut it down ........... It would also make playing on the real money side more realistic and more entertaining than it is currently. |

| I am in favor of opening chat, but I understand the inability to manage it. I would just like to point out that on old site when people were speaking foreign language I would leave the game because I didn't know if it was collaboration or not. At least I had the option to leave the table or block the chat myself. I would rather know what's being said. If I suspect foreign language collaboration I at least have the option to leave. Now, I have no knowledge and it makes me uncomfortable on money tables. Bottom line I prefer open chat that we can manage individually. I would not expect OP66 to manage chat from other network users. |
