made the final table on hetmans and the bc ,few times since the tournys have been back,had medals and points sorted, but i notice no chips have been added to my account,is this a general problem ,,would like a mod to look in to it for me please ,ty i know ur busy ,

In the lobby next to the Cashier Button you will see a refresh button, after finishing a tournament use this to refresh you chips amount

sry dont understand tryed the refresh button,,but my chips are going down and not up,i dont play the ring tables only the tournys, getting brassed of with complaining,,,,

hmm sorry I don't understand the issue neither : Could you confirm it is still happening and forward here or through PM the tournament ID when you see your chips going down instead of up like that (after beeing ranked)?

ok first of all not been in top ten since i reported the issue,so i dont know,all i know is the chips that where awarded to me have not gone in to my account,the tournys are the british crown [3]of them and hitmans[4] sry blacklava,thats all i can say ,except that i do not play the ring tables,

From what I can see you need to finish in 1-5 to receive chips, being on the final table does not guarantee you any chips and depending on numbers in the tourney it may only be top 3, could this be the problem? I have checked your acct and got Lava to check as well, maybe keep a record of the tourney number as Lava said and we can check it asap.

do me a favour and forget it close the thread ,dont even think of checking numbers,and i know its 1 to 5 ,,just close the thread
