Chips-after lost connection on tourneys

The site has froze while I was in two 5k tourneys. The 6 seater 497267 and 10 seater 496489, how do I get the 10k back or are they lost for good now??

i was on 2 k5 tourney and registered 4 a k10 tourney at 21.00gmt.can i get a refund here please.

i was in the op66 2k tourney when it froze, once i finally got back on it was calling and folding me on its own accord.

same question as above do i get my chips refunded?

same here. I came back into the tourney, after previously sitting on a comfortable chip count- showing no signs of being eliminated- just to find i've finished 15th.

I kno it's only 2k, but please can the duck have his chippies back?

Ok, I'll issue soon refunds for sit&go & tournaments there but if you were seated on ring games you shouldn't have lost your money.

and it never connected so i tried to connect myself and it wouldnt let me and its not the first time so if u could help it would be great

Same here, got disconnected from 4 5k 10 seater tourneys, 20k in all. Unfortunately only noted one. 496489 7pm last friday night, one during week and the other 2 the previous friday. logged on to table, had to wait so came out to check forum and couldn't get back on all times. is there a refund available?

ive just entered 2 nl tourney s only 500 buy in the last one was 499721 started 19.00 ..carnt remember other number.. but when it was time tobe seated table didnt come up and i got disconnected on both and couldt get back into table when i tried after .....just letting u know for info not botherd about chips back .......

i have only tried 4 tourny s recently and twice been disconneced ....
