Cutebum's locked out..help!!!

Evenin all. Wonder if anyone can help us?? Me missus, Cutebum, has had a new laptop this week, an acer aspire. It has windows 7 and Gail has attempted to log in thru firefox, google chrome, internet expl. with no joy. She's gone into tools an cleared cookies etc. Still no go. She can log on to flash play but not download. She keeps gettin a msg sayin 'chargeback' cannot connect to server???
Anyone got any ideas??? Ta vm X

Yeah,close the site and spend the day in bed.Works for me.

Anyways only thing i can think of m8 is if her comp is used,maybe there's a bug(f5!!!! lol...) or maye it's just the old 1 IP address per household thing.

try delete it and re-download.seems simple but may work

Hi Kez, try turning off firewall and antivirus before downloading, then download, then restart firewall and anti virus.

Well....Cutebum's still locked out! Tried everything.I aint the foggiest. Her laptop's brand new. She's tried loggin on the net thru all of em. Still no go.......:-(

Kez did she get Norton AV with it? it works for some people but when i had it on my Acer i cudnt get on...uninstall it and sort another antivirus...AVG or Avast home edition will do for now...then re-install OP66
ohhh and make sure theres NO google toolbar...has to be uninstalled aswell...UNINSTALLED...NOT JUST DELETED OR HIDDEN....

Kez, try contacting 24/7 support..to be honest I am not familiar with the error that she is getting, they may have the solution, its probably something really simple I hope

Way hay she's in!!! It was google. She completely removed the tool bar and thats sorted it. OP...ya gotta laff at it or u'd go round bend!!!!

one thing i will say tho is be careful when you download stuff...sometimes it loads a toolbar without you noticing, eg. msn, limewire etc...ALWAYS uncheck the boxes when asked...just saves you having to uninstall it again
