When will Lava learn to communicate in a way more respectful of others? Including saying he doesn't know if he doesn'nt.

Don't get me wrong: I like the guy a lot. Always been friendly and funny and generous. And again I am sure everyone make their best to solve things

BUT

I can count the number of times I have been served info that eneded up to be bollocks. And that really annoys me.

I still think that communication was one of the reasons the transition form old script to new srcipt ended up so traumatic for many, btw.

Gosh. We are suppose to be grown up and we can take whatever info. And it is a form of repsect to promise stuff one delivers and not mess with our time this way.

If I am told: "We don't know when it will be solved", then I make other plans. If I am told it is already solved for a third and for most of the others will be ok in 5 to 20 minutes and I feel like playing I do keep trying for a while and it ends up just plain wasting of time.
