Fix tip : "Focus on turn" with Firefox

"focus on turn" wasn't working fine with firefox before, it's now fixed but you need to follow those steps (firefox got an extra security about handling windows) :

go to Tools->Options->Contents->Enable Javascript should be checked
=> go to advanced and check only the 2 first choices there and hit "ok"

If you have "focus on turn" activated in your table options while playing (you don't need to setup that each time, it will be recorded) you should have the windows poping up when it's your turn to play.
