playing today in cash game, table Detroit XV speed, hand 223386816, against kellaweir, table refreshed and got folded with QQQ777 and lost. Would like refund of winning pot as i am sure that I had the winning hand. Could someone look into this and get back to me. Not the first time this has happened!Hand 20 of 23. tx

tx aus, did as you suggested and sent email, if I don't get a refund that is it for me on cash tables. Didn't have a lot but that win would have put me up there. Not first time but certainly the last.

just an update to let u know that i received a reply that they checked into it and although unfortunate, it was not their error but mine and suggested that i might want to turn the sounds off, not show my avatar and avoid playing more than one site at a time. pfft but did i expect any other reply.
