Frozen games

I am sure many of you would agree that sometimes (actually almost everyday) out of a sudden the table becomes frozen. It is very upsetting especially if you put a big bet and then automatically folded.
Furthermore, for some reason, once I need to log in again to get to the table, I can log in of course, but can not get the list of table window at all.
Is this because of periodic site maintenance or some kind of unknown bug ?
Please let us know what to do in that case.
