Getting Booted in tourneys

Im getting sick and tired of getting booted during tournements when im holdin a big hand. I was in outlaws tourney flop trip aces and get booted. In wombats today i flop ace hi flush and get booted. I dont lose connection all nite and then with my biggest hand of the nite i lose connection. It is getting silly. Ive missed several final tables because of it and lost several dollars on real money side because of it and it. I cant catch a break not only do I have to deal with the crazy all ins and such I sit and wait on good hand only too not even get to play it or make big bet and then lose conneciton and on top of this I constantly tourney after tourney go thru back to back big blinds at the worst moment possible. I am scared to buy in to real money toureys and sngs because it never fails Ill lose connection at this time instead of the other hours im on site. Recentlly ive been running really bad and when i improve my play or am on the verge of making final table bam lose connection and ofcourse when this happens it often makes me so ill that im gonna lose my patience to some extent. It just takes the fun out of it all too. Im just tired of playing well and getting cheated with getting booted and the back to back bb Its hard enuff just playing in these tourneys let alone this nonsense. I would normally be playin rite now but this kinda stuff just makes me not want to ever play again!!!!!!!!!! anybody else having this problem over and over only during tourneys thats almost the only time It happens to me.

this site is 100 times better than prev sites........no lag ect..I do get booted out occasionally but I can usually reopen straight away and often get back into that hand

I have experienced this from time to time. Curiously it seems to happen more to me in the "Outlaws Ultra" than any other.

I'm moving thie thread to the Technical section, hoping that one of the techhies can throw a bit more light onto it

sorry to hear you having big problems with getting booted bbob,i think it,s happened to all of us from time to time and sometimes several times in same tourney,but it seems to be hitting you more and at the most problematic time,as arsenal says when he gets booted he can get back in straight away as i do,takes seconds just have to log in again and back to the table i go,usually just miss a couple of calls but that,s about it,anyway m8 hope things get better maybe techs can do something,are you download like me or flash?,maybe that might be a factor might be slower to log back in on flash,i do,nt know grasping at straws maybe,be lucky m8 really enjoy playing against you hope you get it sorted.

On the rare occasion it happens..I close windows and log back in, usually straight back into my hand, you should have 2x disconnect protects to get you back in time to continue playing your hand.

It does get irrated when I have a good hand then got booted. I got booted like 4 times in Outlaw the other day. Then one time can't even play, cuz it kept folding me so I gave up.

when ive logged out in the past and tryed to get back in it wont let me and I end up missing 5 minuites or more worth of hands instead of a couple. so i usually just dont do anything and itll reconect in a couple of hands or less usually sometimes tho i miss alot more. And as i say it rarely ever happens except when im in a tourney usually fun tourneys but it has happened to me several time in regular outlaws tourney. So please explain how you do this. Do you hit logout and then just log back in because on one occasion i lost connection during wombats so i logged out reopend opp66 and it says only one running program allowed by the time i sorted this out the tourney was over on other occasion when I try to log back in after losing connection during tourney it says reconnecting to server and takes just as long to get me back to game as it would if I did nothing. So please let me know am I doing this wrong when trying to logout and reenter because ive been scared to even try this technique ever since it gave me all the trouble say only one running version allowed. Any advice would be very much appreciated thank you and have a great day ( also what is 2x disconnect protect because I certainly cant get back to my hands Ive seen this written above tables before but only in ring games)

bbob, when you get booted does a window appear saying report error?if so press do not send,then you should just be able to log back in as usual this takes seconds ,this is what happens to me,i cannot help other than this m8,it,s so frustrating i can understand.

Yes shut the whole program down..log out and re open it..and table should load instantly. Are you using the flash version or download version?

Angel i am supposed 2 have 2 disconect protections but still i get booted almost every tourney i play both on real & free side. what are disconect protections 4 if i still get disconnected more than ever b4? & y does it happen at least once some time 2 or 4 times a tourney? that said it frustrating very especialy when on real side but this is by far the best site we have had except 4 the original! * ANGEL hope you have a wonderful day!
