Default Help

Having some problems playing today.

At the moment I cant access any tables.
Earlier in the day I was able to access tables but my gameplay was incredibly slow leading to me missing calls and being folded also chips were shooting all over the tables.

I have done all checks as outlined in other threads to no avail.

Any ideas ?

Did you run an update on your Flash player and on Windows? Clearing some memory helps also.
Welcome to the FORUM and GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Bluejay.

I have done all of those and none seem to have worked. Probably need someone to have a look at my PC

Are you using the Flash tables or the HTML tables? If your using the Flash try using the HTML and vice versa. That worked for me, I now use the Flash Tables.
I hope you can get on soon.
GOOD LUCK!

Another thing to try is making sure no other programmes are running in background.

It used to happen to me alot and losing connection. Hasn't happenned for me in a long time but yesterday in 1 game I had to use F5 over 6 times lol, haven't needed that in a while either.

Good luck !!

Love
Sarah

There does seem to be an unusual number of occurrances of the F5/Xout problems. I too was subject to the lack of controls, chips sticking, crazyiness. Yesterday was the first time in a very long time (months) that I had to refresh maybe 5-6 times. I believe it was during the Big tourney (100k). Everything seems to be working fine since then.
