HELP AND ADVICE NEEDED, Thanks

Hi, can someone help me with this problem. For past couple days i keep getting disconnected from site, just for a few mins, then comes back on but happens constantly. Any other internet site i am on is ok, no problems... I've updated computer, cleared cookies etc., defragmented in fact everything i can think off. Does anyone else have this problem?? or can someone help me PLEASE ... its doing me head in. Any advice or help would be great. Thanks x

i've had a momentary disconnection for weeks now when playing on download.

it only last for 5 secs or so, but it is annoying as it happens every 5-10 mins or so,

luckily it isnt long enough to fold my hands, so at least i can still play poker

If you wish, you can try this....

*Please go to Start and click on Run

*please enter cmd

*you will see a pop up window pop up with a black screen

*please enter tracert onlinepoker66.com and press Enter

This will then start checking your internet connection.

You can also have the cmd window open with command ready and as soon as you get disconnected to press the enter button.

Once completed, please take a screenshot and send it to us and we will pass to our Technical Department for analysis and advice. Through 24/7

I had the very same problem a few weeks ago Flip, disconnection every five minutes then I'd reset the modem and it was ok for a while then it would go again. I blamed it on Eirecom my provider but now I wonder. It has not happened for the last month, maybe one of our computer nerds can give us the reason lol.

Well ive been using download the whole time ive been here and i havta say ive never come across these problems you guys have mentioned. I cant say my internet is great down here in spain, nevertheless OP66 runs perfectly.

i been having same problems but i,ve been puttig it down to my wireless connection being low signal

yes i am using a wireless connection, so maybe it is something to do with that...............so much technology, I don't do technology!!

my screen was refreshing a lot a few weeks ago, even lost money on cash side because of it but was told not an op problem. But lately it is working great again, so don't know what to tell u hun xx

thanks all for comments and advice.....Have uninstalled the site and re-downloaded it, and updated all skinfiles as said, took a little while, but seems to be ok now. well managed an hour without a disconnection, so fingers crossed. Thanks all xxxxx

ITS NOT YOUR COMPUTER!!!...sorry all I'm PISSED!!!...I have been disconnected all night in real money any play(it automatically sits me out...did it when I was all in!!!)...my computer is fine!!!...i'm tired of going to 24/7 ...I'm tired of complaining...this is ridiculous already...I can not even count how many threads that were made on this subject(that I posted on also...)....FIX IT!!!...I'm tired of losing $$$ and chips...I tried 3x's tonight to contact 24/7 and was disconnected!...mods no offense to you guys you are great...but wth...where is lava???...let him respond

If you spill coke on your carpet don't touch it. Place a newspaper on top of it and step on it once. Then leave it alone for 24 hours. Then when you pick it up the coke will be gone and therr won't be any stain. Try it, it really works.
