ok you have sead you can take skreen shots and save them to your pc right ?? if so now go to your forum page and to your pic folder then down load the pics (i find this works best if you have saved them to your pc as jpegs) once you have them saved in your folder then go to see the pic and under it you will see the bb code copy and past this to your thred to post the pic

When i take a screen shot, i save it to my comp and then upload it to photobucket, in there you can resize the pic easyly to the size you want, when you want to post on the forum, use the "direct link" in photobucket then click the "insert image" icon at the top of message box(little mountain and sun icon) in the forum and paste the code in there, job done.

There are many ways to post pic and screen shots, it's just finding the easyest way for you to do it.

Hope this helps a bit, if not PM me and i'll try explaine a bit better.

is there a way of pressing print screen, then when you want to put it on a thread, just by pressing Ctrl+ another button? much in the same way as you can add a link by pressing Ctrl+v?

no m8 because the images from a print screen are in bmp format.
the best way is like funky says sign up to photobucket,it's free.
then upload your images to there & use the url to post them on your thread.
oh & you can resize them there as well.
