hey there, i was playin on game2nite when every thing froze, was playin in 20k tourney i think,dont know if it was urs or my connection probs but lost 20k in chips, was HAND 1004738, tnx4 any help.

You can request refunds due to bugs here:

However, refunds are not given due to loss of connection, only to program faults.

forget above complaint, other programmes that i had open all froze aswell so prob was on my side id say, cheers 4quick reply
