Hole cards still changing....

Sorry to keep on about this, but I think there may have been a misunderstanding (due to recent events and problems) about my first thread about this:bug regarding dealt cards changing?

When i originally posted, it was about the cards almost instantly changing once dealt and seen.

THEN 'The Merge' came... and ANOTHER card-changing phenomenon started happening: the cards dealt would be fine, but then the table would try to 'refresh', either booting the player or reloading the table. In either case, if the player was lucky enough to get back on in time to see the same hand, they would find their cards had changed. I saw this happen one night recently to the majority of players at the table at the same time.
THIS problem was widespread, it seems, and was causing MAJOR problems with the game. As such, i fully understand why it was at the top of the priority list for the tech team, and they should be thanked and congratulated for getting it fixed it.

However.....
the ORIGINAL glitch that I started the now closed thread about is still happening. And while i also understand that there are still ALOT of issues that are ahead of this one, I still wouldn't want it to be forgotten. It is still, in my opinion, a significant problem that should be corrected.

As such, i am opening a NEW thread for this PARTICULAR situation.

since you also asked for details on recurring events, here's a few from tonite's session:

game # 1071989 hand # 143854855 : i missed what the cards started as, this was the first of the night.

game # 1071996 hand # 143856770 : K--->10

game # 1071996 hand # 143857055 : AK--->AA ( which, btw, i lost with to a caller w KQ, hitting trip K.... coincidence that i had a King as well to start?.... see what i mean about how it can mess with one's head? )

...lava i pmed you already with mine 2x...and contacted 24/7...they refuse to acknowledge this is indeed what happened to me...I get replies but no refund yet!!! gave tourney #...ect....

Also complained but thread got closed ask everyone in the international tuesday night the hand history loses the problem hand so theres nothing for them to check on !

i should correct what i said the 1st time it happened they did refund me the 2nd time they just keep sending me e-mails to give them the tourney#...which I did over and over again....

This thread is for the ORIGINAL card-changing problem, NOT for the latest one where the table refreshes or reloads.

yes please don't mix everything here... I know the issue is really annoying but has been fixed (at least there was a first fix)
Please post only NEW bugs here and send again through PM refund needs (there for past isues) which haven't been handled yet by 24/7
