Default Invisible Cards

i have just been in the roo tourny costing me 6600 buy in and as soon as the tourny started i couldnt see my cards! and every time the play came to me it folded my hand strate away apart from wen i had posted a blind! afta a wile it kicked me off the table and sed i had finished in tenth place. has this ever happened to any of you and is there any way of gettin my money bak?

it happens alot. report in the refund link and they will refund your chips. close the browser table and then reopen and it will then work.

yup has happened to me in the past .... really funny situation ..... but you keep playin hopping it will resolve itself ... funny stuff .. generally you have to refresh ....

try pressing F5 - re signing in - be quick on the Ultra table cause of the speed of play.

The worst time on Ultra is when there is a lag and you have to make a call or bet before you can even see the cards coming out, because the timer does not lag when the cards do! I just started playing ultra fast though and I love it! Woohoo!

Oh, and DON'T PRESS F5 IF YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GOOD HAND! I learned this the hard way! It folded me and I had trips! Arrrrrrgh! Wait until you fold a hand or something.

IT happened to me once and I won the hand just looking at what I had on the right hand side of the screen where it says your hand. I was really happy!!

lol yeah. f5 helps.. but do it afte ryou have folded.. cus if autofolds on your next turn unless you are back. which i folded a full house once cus of it! =O was a bit ticked at that lol. was in a big tourney too.. coulda got well ahead from that.

yup it happened to me too last night...i was playing with one of the tourney tables. i was like HUWATTTs happening.. i had to fold and fold and fold... till i got pissed off with the situation.. not knowing what my card is... i bet it.. "ALL IN".. then saw my cards at the end of the game.. 2h and 3c.. what a card.

close table then reopen and press f5 will reset table 4 u it happens on all the tables just 1 of those thing if that does not work u will have 2 close down altogether and restart good luck m8.
