I have already alerted the tournament manager that the lobby posting for Ultra Outlaw(s) and our private label tournaments today are doubled up, hopefully this is just a one day oversight and will all be corrected for tomorrow and forward in July.

Anyway here is the current list of Uh-Ohs from our omnipotent tournament managers:

Doubled up OP Private label tournaments on July 1
Extra two zeros added to buy in
Doubled up Ultra outlaw(s)
No use of voucher in Outlaws (as reported)

I hope to have this all corrected again today.

the 200k hetmans could be a good insight as to raising the buy in will interest more people and cull the bingo. or it could just get canceled.

not usually one to make derogatory remarks about this site,but, how can this happen every month ? not a computer programmer myself, but would of thought it was a pretty simple job, once the first month is correct, surly you just copy that set up every month

i saw and played in the 2 ultra outlaws last night , i lost both (very unusual)
but 2 for the price of one sounded great to me !
and free sign up,, can't beat that with a stick.
i guess other tourys may be funny , but ultra outlaws.... take ur time correcting it 8~)

It appears that most, if not all of it is resolved. When the tournament manager entered the new data they put it as starting on the 1st but the games for the first were still in there. Not withstanding, they have corrected the buy ins also (I hope).

As to how this can happen repeatedly, well when we were posting the games every month it happened on the first each month because we were one of many posting customer games. Now we post for three months so it is less often that we are without. We have worked very hard to get a set listing for the tournaments, but it is up to the Tournament management team to set them up, and then for us to review and tell them what they did wrong.

Update, there is still an issue with using a voucher in Outlaws tourney, waiting on resolution

It says on outlaw registration that you need a password, whether you use voucher or cash!??
